Wildkick Arena privacy policy

Last updated: 11 September 2026.

This policy describes data processing in the Wildkick Arena game for iOS and when you contact us about the game. It covers the current version 1.0, including test versions distributed through TestFlight.

1. Controller and contact

The operator of the game and the controller of the data we process for the purposes described in this policy is:

Flying Pixel Sebastian Urbaniak
ul. Serbska 15/119
61-696 Poznań, Poland
NIP (Polish tax identification number): 7811875368

Privacy matters: privacy@appfly.pl
Game support: kontakt@appfly.pl

Apple independently determines the rules for data processing in its services, such as the App Store, Game Center, TestFlight and iCloud. Below, we explain when the game uses these services.

2. Key information

Wildkick Arena does not require a separate player account and has no server of its own storing progress. Settings, progress, match history and replay archives are saved locally on your device.

Version 1.0 does not display ads, read the advertising identifier or track users across apps or websites. It does not include a third-party analytics system or its own automatic crash reporting system. Reports and information shared through Apple services are described in section 6.

3. Data stored on your device

The game may save:

  • language and gameplay, control, sound and weather settings;
  • progress, earned trophies and game statistics;
  • whether you have completed the tutorial;
  • a history of up to the 100 most recent completed matches;
  • the data needed to replay saved goals;
  • technical settings needed for the app to work, such as limits on how often a rating request is shown.

The game does not automatically send us a copy of your progress, history or replay archive. It does not provide its own save synchronization between devices. Local data may be included in your device backup, depending on Apple settings and services. Learn more about iCloud backups.

4. Game Center and Online play

We use Apple Game Center for optional Online play. The game prepares authentication at launch to support invitations. Matchmaking and match data exchange begin when you select Online or accept an invitation.

A Game Center identifier, game version information, session configuration and the state needed to play together may be sent to the other player through Apple services — including controls, player and ball positions, score, time, pauses and the end of the match.

This data is used to establish and synchronize the connection. We do not save Game Center identifiers in local history or replays, and we do not maintain our own archive of match data packets. The game does not offer text or voice chat.

Apple may also process your Game Center profile and activity data under its own rules. Game Center and privacy.

5. Premium purchases

The optional, one-time Premium purchase is handled by Apple StoreKit. The game reads product and purchase entitlement information, checks whether the entitlement is active and lets you restore purchased access.

Apple processes the payment. We do not receive your card number or Apple Account password. Apple may provide us with sales and transaction reports as part of its App Store services.

Deleting the game does not cancel a purchase linked to your Apple Account. Payment and refund matters are handled under Apple’s rules. App Store and privacy.

6. Apple diagnostics and TestFlight

Apple may share statistics and diagnostic reports with us as part of its services, in accordance with the rules of those services and the relevant user settings.

If you test Wildkick Arena through TestFlight, Apple automatically collects and shares crash reports and information about your use of the test version with us. We may also receive feedback and screenshots you submit, along with information about your device, operating system and game version. Depending on how you were invited and how you submit feedback, the data may include your name and email address; joining through a public link alone does not disclose this information to us.

We use TestFlight data to analyze bugs and improve the game, in accordance with Apple’s terms. We do not share it with third parties. TestFlight and privacy.

7. Replays and Photos access

A replay archive stores local scene data, not a screen recording. A video is created only when you choose to save a replay to Photos.

At that point, the app requests only permission to add to the Photos library. It does not read existing photos or videos. Denying permission does not prevent matches or replay playback in the game. You can change this permission in iOS settings.

A video saved in Photos is a separate copy. It remains there after you clear history or delete the app; you can delete it directly in Photos. It may be synchronized through iCloud according to your Apple settings. The game does not automatically send it to other recipients.

The game does not require access to your microphone, camera, location, contacts or calendar.

8. Contacting support

When you write to us, we process your email address, any identifying details you provide, and the content of your message and attachments. A report may include, for example, your device model, iOS and game versions, a description of a bug or a screenshot.

We use this data to reply and resolve the matter. Providing it is voluntary, but without contact details or a description of the problem, we may be unable to help. Do not send passwords, sign-in codes or full payment details.

To the extent that the GDPR applies, we process data:

  • to provide the game features you request and handle related support requests — under Article 6(1)(b) of the GDPR;
  • to analyze bugs, ensure security, improve the game, handle other correspondence and establish, exercise or defend legal claims — under Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR, which is our legitimate interest;
  • to comply with legal obligations, where applicable — under Article 6(1)(c) of the GDPR.

Apple determines its own legal bases for processing data in its services. You manage permissions to access device features, such as adding a video to Photos, in iOS.

10. Data recipients

Depending on the feature you use, data may be processed by Apple and sent to your opponent’s device during an Online match. Email and IT service providers acting on our behalf may handle correspondence. Data may also be disclosed to authorized authorities if required by law.

We do not sell player data or share it with advertising networks. Data received through TestFlight is subject to the restrictions described in section 6.

Services provided by Apple and other providers may involve processing data outside the European Economic Area. For transfers for which we are responsible, the safeguards required by the GDPR apply, such as an adequacy decision or standard contractual clauses. You can obtain information about safeguards relating to our handling of data by contacting privacy@appfly.pl. Apple describes its own rules in the Apple privacy policy.

11. Retention and deletion

Local settings and progress remain on your device until you change them or delete the app. History is limited to 100 completed matches; older entries and associated archives may be deleted when this limit is exceeded. Replay archive capacity is limited.

Confirming “Clear History” deletes history, associated archives and the video cache. It does not delete cup progress, your Premium purchase or copies saved in Photos. If the game reports that clearing failed, you need to retry to finish deleting the data.

Working export files are deleted when you finish using the player or the save operation ends. Orphaned cache files older than 24 hours are cleaned up the next time an export is prepared; iOS may also delete temporary files.

We retain correspondence for the time needed to handle the matter, and afterwards only to the extent and for the period necessary to comply with legal obligations or establish, exercise or defend legal claims. We use diagnostics and test feedback for the time needed to analyze the problem, resolve it and verify that the fix works. Apple’s data retention periods are governed by the rules of its services.

The “Delete App” command in iOS removes the game’s local container. The “Offload App” feature keeps data for reinstallation. Data in device backups and Apple services is subject to the settings and rules of those services.

12. Your rights

Under the conditions set out in the GDPR, you may request access to your data, rectification, erasure or restriction of processing, and, where applicable, data portability. You may object to processing based on legitimate interests. Where processing is based on consent, you may withdraw it without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out before withdrawal.

For these matters, email privacy@appfly.pl. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office in Poland.

We do not have remote access to game saves stored only on your device. You can manage them in the app or in iOS settings. For data processed independently by Apple, you can use privacy.apple.com.

13. Children and family settings

Use of the game should take account of the age rating listed in the App Store and the device’s family settings. Game Center features and purchases may be subject to restrictions on a child’s account or in Screen Time. Parents or guardians can send questions about data to privacy@appfly.pl.

14. Policy changes and website scope

We update this policy when the way the game works or the way data is processed changes. The current date appears at the beginning of this document.

This document covers the Wildkick Arena app and contact about the game. Browsing the AppFly website, including the use of cookies and tools on the site, is covered by the separate AppFly privacy policy.
